China developed a complete set of CNC fracturing equipment

With the support of the "863" program, China has successfully developed 2500HP large-scale numerically controlled complete sets of fracturing equipment. Fracturing equipment is a necessary equipment for the development of unconventional oil and gas resources such as shale gas. The equipment developed by Jianghan Oilfield No. 4 Machinery Plant has changed the situation in which China’s unconventional oil and gas resource development equipment basically relied on imports.

According to reports, the equipment developed this time includes core equipment such as fracturing trucks, mixed-sand vehicles, tube exchangers, and instrumentation vehicles, as well as high-pressure plunger pumps and high-pressure fluid control element technologies, sand mixing and automatic control technologies, etc. It has achieved a series of innovative results.

It is reported that after the successful development of the fracturing equipment, it will play a key role in the fracturing operation of heavy-difficult-point wells such as the Sichuan Basin and the Tibetan Plateau in western China. Compared with foreign equipment, it is more suitable for oilfield operations in China and can save users about 40% of equipment purchase costs. At present, this equipment has become a product ordered by domestic oilfields.
